Bullying at Work, Code of Practice for Employers and Employees on the Prevention and Resolution of

The Code of Practice for Employers and Employees on the Prevention and Resolution of Bullying at Work came into operation on 23rd  December 2020. The Health and Safety Authority and the Workplace Relations Commission jointly prepared this Code of Practice. This code revokes and replaces the Code of Practice for Employers and Employees on the Prevention and Resolution of Bullying at Work 2007.

The purpose of the Code is to provide guidance for employers, employees and their representatives on good practice and procedures for identifying, preventing, addressing and resolving issues around workplace bullying.
